was not sure I was going to like this as I have not been very successful with finding a beef stick that is not to dry or to grease. This is a little greasy but not so much that it ends up turning my stomach like others to. Would definitely buy again if I find them (got mine at the NC State fair).
They have great flavor and not to tough when I was biting down on them.

I absolutely love this! I cut it to whatever thickness you prefer and grill it, it is SO delicious! It turns out juicy, tender, and full of flavor. It’s absolutely fantastic!

We’ve been on the hunt for good jalapeño cheddar sausages for a long time, and these Wagyu beef sausages were such a pleasant surprise. We tried them for the first time and really enjoyed them. The ground beef was delicious, too. Happy to have found this company!

Absolutely delicious. So rich and flavorful it’s hard to finish but hard to stop eating at the same time. Seasoned with SGP and smoked low until 110 internal temp and then seared on both sides for 90 seconds each. Perfect medium rare! Enjoy!
The tip steak is a thinner cut with solid marbling, so it's a simpler cut for me to get to a good, rare temp with an even cook throughout. Just takes a high-temp dry sear to get it just how I like.
The beef jerky just melts in your mouth. Looking forward to trying other flavors soon.
