I cook a lot of ribs and the purchase of these from Wilders rank in one of the best rack of ribs I've eaten. I will def be buying more and trying out the rest of their meat selection.

The service and experience with wilders was amazing and fast. The quality of the meat is beyond words.
The London broil was excellent! I prepared it by first marinating overnight and then cooking it at 130 in a sous vide bath for about 6.5 hours. Then it was seared for about 2-3 min a side on a gas grill. It was absolutely the most tender London broil I have ever prepared. Will definitely buy this again and try other cuts as well.
The pork sausage was amazing but no surprise because all their meats are top notch!
So very good! I stopped in last week and picked up a couple of tenderloin filets. They were absolutely amazing - like butter and so so flavorful!

Incredible! These are the best wurst we’ve have had. We travel to Germany yearly, and these are better than any we’ve ever had in the land of bratwurst. Perfect ingredients paired with some really tasty pork. I give them 10 stars.

Honestly and truly the best steak I have ever cooked at home! Seared it on the grill and finished it in a butter/rosemary bath in a cast iron pan. The meat was melt-in-your-mouth tender, juicy and full of flavor.

First time trying beef Short Ribs. Very tender, juicy, excellent smoke ring and flavor. Will definitely order these again. Family members were impressed and we all had the "meat sweats" from eating to much.
