I have ordered Berkshire pork chops for several years through another vendor. Their quality is far, far above what I got here. Poor pale color, lack of any marbling, no distinctive flavor above regular grocery store chops and they were tougher than those as well. Do not believe they were a true Berkshire Heritage breed cut. Will not return to this vendor.

The Wagyu brisket turned out great. Hands down the best piece of beef I've every eaten.
