We buy a lot of meat and this is by far the best deal and quality you can get. Major plus that they are out of NC, and they answered all my questions. Flavor and marbling are on point and you’re looking at a A3 Wagyu scoring only there cuts. The only negative in my opinion would be the summer sausage and beef sticks it does have Red 40 and corn syrup in those and I’m not a fan of those ingredients but other than that solid
I went to the NC State Fair with friends and stopped at the booth and able to taste the Wilder's Wagyu Jerky. I was amazed at the great taste it had and could of stood there for awhile. I have since ordered so far two orders to be delivered to my house. Enjoyed the first order and waiting on the second. I wish the Prime Rib wasn't sold out.
It was exactly as I expected, wonderful. There's not much to add, if you eat beef, it doesn't get any better than this.

I've purchased and cooked the pork tenderloin several times now, and the quality of the meat is excellent. The flavor of the meat is amazing, significantly better than anything you can get at a grocery store. Definitely worth the money!
I was driving on 40 when I saw the billboard for Wilders. I was so excited to see that they sold North Carolina raised Wagyu beef. I asked my wife to order on the ride home. We received the shipment vacuum sealed and in a box with dry ice. We defrosted the steaks and grilled them to 130 degrees. My son had the filet mignon, my wife and I split a ribeye and my daughter had a NY strip. I only put salt and pepper on the steaks because I really wanted the meat to speak for itself and boy didn’t. The steaks were so tender, so juicy, even the fat was delicious. What a fantastic steak. My son said it was the best filet he’s ever had. My daughter never eats any fat on a steak and there was not a piece left on the plate. My ribeye exceeded my expectations. I can’t wait to put in my next order. Thank you Wilders for a superior product. The icing on the cake is to be able to support a local company that cares so much about producing such a great product.
Was hesitant on buying this cut. After several steaks from WIlders I decided to give these a try. Marbling was amazing, had great beefy flavor, even leftovers were great cold on a salad. Wasn't as tender as the premium cuts but at half the price we were all happy. Ordering these again.

Never had this cut before. Guga and other YouTube streamers always recommend this cut. Definitely a more tender cut than most cuts. Comparable to filet in tenderness a d taste in my opinion with a beautiful fat cap (the best part). I will get these again.
Ordered these for a special family occasion. My brother and I cooked them using the reverse sear method. They came out perfectly, 125 degrees medium rare. Family members said they were the best steaks they had ever had. Highly recommended for special occasions.
