We received a wonderful gift card for Wilders. We ordered 4 filet mignon steaks. They were wonderful and we thoroughly enjoyed the steaks. Ordering process was easy and the steaks arrived in a few days. Great experience. Thank you
Picked up our first wagyu flat iron steak at a bourbon and beef dinner held at Glasshouse Kitchen. It will not be the last, spectacular! The wagyu tomahawks and the heritage pork cooked at the dinner were 💰 as well. Looking forward to our next haul from Wilders.
I won't go back for store bought meats; The Flank off a hot grill is one of mt favs. Just ordered the "Mexican style" short ribs and the pork brats. been too cold to grill but the season starts soon.
Though cost more that store bought the ribeye (my favorite steak cut) if a 5 out of 5.
Great to support local ranchers!
I went to get your product in Clayton NC. First I didn’t know it was frozen. Second when I bought it I should have check the date but I didn’t. I wanted to make a recipe with bacon for the next day so I checked the package and saw the date. 11 months old bacon. I know it was frozen and normally in vacuumed sealed package but I don’t like that. So I am very disappointed and will not eat it. I reached to the company and someone said they will call me back but they didn’t. So I will not buy any product from you again.
I’ve smoked a lot of briskets, and bought a lot of them online and I thought I’d try Wilders. Not a big fan and won’t buy it again from them. It was extremely thick, hard fat and all the wrong places. I’m not gonna say terrible things about them because It could’ve just been a one off. But with so many other places to buy it, I’m not going to gamble with buying another one of theirs.
all orders are filled and shipped with care. the old adage of "you get what you pay for" is accurate. you can't buy this quality at the local super market.
I love the sausage but I ordered ground and got the links but it's all good and will order again.
I gave my in‑laws Wilder’s Beef for Christmas, and they absolutely loved it. The quality was incredible, and you could tell Reid and Jacklyn are doing something right because every cut impressed them. It ended up being one of those gifts that genuinely made the holiday feel special (mainly because my FIL wasn't complaining, he was appreciative) ...
These Jalapeno Cheddar beef sticks are a perfect addition to any charcuterie board or even baked inside crescent rolls as a new spin on "pigs-n-a-blanket." Everyone loved them!
I stopped into this place off a recommendation from my friend. I have not regretted it once. One day, two girls about the age of my daughter (9 years old) were at the front desk. It reminded me of the days of helping at my fathers shop. Except they were on top of their game. Answering my questions and truthful when they didn't have the answer. BUT they got the answer for me ASAP. These kids knocked customer service out of the park like a major leaguer in a middle school ball field. My following visits left me just as happy and feeling like an appreciated customer. Let me point out that the owner dropped his prices on ground beef for winter storm Ferguson and didn't jack them up like other corporations did with food and water. If I hadn't seen the owner's face on their website while researching the company, I would have never known the man helping me was said owner. Very down to earth, polite, patient and professional. Laughed with him, onw other helper and had a great time. We need more of this in our world, old school, independent businesses where you are treated right. Their quality of meat is phenomenal! I drive almost two hours to load up. Quality is important, but if a business doesn't treat me right, I won't buy their product. This place knocks both customer service and quality out of the park! It will only get better when they are able to provide unfrozen Wagyu in the next year or so! I will continue to send everyone your way!
Love all the items in my order. Especially love the pork chops... succulent and tender.
I will be making future orders.

Annually, the family has the Christmas Eve tradition of grilling steaks for dinner. I thought I would surprise the family with American Wagyu from Wilders. For the guys, we feasted on the 16 oz ribeyes... for the ladies, 8 oz filets. My wife is the "picky" eater and seldom finishes her steak. (Ruth Chris, Angus Barn, Capital Grille, etc ... it doesn't matter). This was not the case and I consider it the 2025 "Christmas Miracle" as there was nothing on plate!
Wilders beef is the best beef we have ever eaten! After eating it you’ll never be able to eat anything else!
