Not only did Wilder’s go above and beyond to make this kids Xmas request happen- hope the UPS driver who “found” the first one enjoyed theirs too…. But the steak was PERFECT!!!! Marble, color, texture—- all amazing, cooked up perfectly- flavor was out of this world! Thanks for making this happen!
We buy a lot of meat and this is by far the best deal and quality you can get. Major plus that they are out of NC, and they answered all my questions. Flavor and marbling are on point and you’re looking at a A3 Wagyu scoring only there cuts. The only negative in my opinion would be the summer sausage and beef sticks it does have Red 40 and corn syrup in those and I’m not a fan of those ingredients but other than that solid
I went to the NC State Fair with friends and stopped at the booth and able to taste the Wilder's Wagyu Jerky. I was amazed at the great taste it had and could of stood there for awhile. I have since ordered so far two orders to be delivered to my house. Enjoyed the first order and waiting on the second. I wish the Prime Rib wasn't sold out.
