I was driving on 40 when I saw the billboard for Wilders. I was so excited to see that they sold North Carolina raised Wagyu beef. I asked my wife to order on the ride home. We received the shipment vacuum sealed and in a box with dry ice. We defrosted the steaks and grilled them to 130 degrees. My son had the filet mignon, my wife and I split a ribeye and my daughter had a NY strip. I only put salt and pepper on the steaks because I really wanted the meat to speak for itself and boy didn’t. The steaks were so tender, so juicy, even the fat was delicious. What a fantastic steak. My son said it was the best filet he’s ever had. My daughter never eats any fat on a steak and there was not a piece left on the plate. My ribeye exceeded my expectations. I can’t wait to put in my next order. Thank you Wilders for a superior product. The icing on the cake is to be able to support a local company that cares so much about producing such a great product.
