As a chef you look for quality ingredients to serve to your customers and Wilders meat just deliver high quality, tenderness and flavoring. I have the fortune to taste Denver and chuck eye steak and they are amazing!! 100 y wagyu blood cows just give you a product of excellence!! Well done!

Was hesitant on buying this cut. After several steaks from WIlders I decided to give these a try. Marbling was amazing, had great beefy flavor, even leftovers were great cold on a salad. Wasn't as tender as the premium cuts but at half the price we were all happy. Ordering these again.
