I cook with a little salt and pepper. That is all I need for a great steak. I always buy extras for my brother and his wife.

Lance We had some friends over and I cooked a ribeye and NY Strip on my Weber. These steaks lived up to all of my hopes and expectations. Reverse cooked until 120 degrees and then put on cast iron for 30 seconds on each side. Both were fantastic but we all ranked the NY our favorite.
