Grilled Bratwurst Bites with Peppers and Onions

These bite sized bratwurst skewers are easy to grill, serve, and enjoy without missing the game.

Ingredients

  • 1 package Wilders Berkshire Pork Bratwurst
  • 1 red bell pepper, cut into pieces
  • 1 green bell pepper, cut into pieces
  • 1 sweet onion, cut into pieces
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and black pepper
  • Spicy mustard for serving
  • Wooden or metal skewers

Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill to medium heat.
  2. Grill the bratwurst until browned and cooked through, turning occasionally.
  3. Remove the bratwurst from the grill and allow them to rest for a few minutes. Cut each brat into bite sized pieces.
  4. Toss the peppers and onions with olive oil, salt, and black pepper.
  5. Alternate the bratwurst, peppers, and onions on the skewers.

Instructions
