You'll Need:

Directions:

  1. Season ribeye generously with salt and pepper.
  2. Cook indirectly at 225°F until internal temperature reaches 115–120°F.
  3. Sear over high heat for 1–2 minutes per side.
  4. Top with butter and rosemary while resting.
  5. Slice and serve.

🔥 Wagyu Denver Steak with Chimichurri

One of the most underrated cuts on the grill, the Wagyu Denver Steak delivers incredible marbling, rich beef flavor, and a steakhouse-worthy experience right from your backyard. If Dad enjoys trying something beyond the traditional ribeye or filet, this recipe is a must.

You'll Need

For the Steaks:

For the Chimichurri:

  • 1 cup fresh parsley, finely chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp red wine vinegar
  • ½ cup olive oil
  • ½ tsp crushed red pepper flakes
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp black pepper

Directions

  1. In a small bowl, combine all chimichurri ingredients and mix well. Set aside to allow the flavors to come together.
  2. Pat the Denver steaks dry and coat lightly with olive oil. Season both sides with salt and pepper.
  3. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  4. Grill steaks for approximately 4–5 minutes per side, or until your preferred doneness is reached.
  5. Remove from the grill and let rest for 5 minutes.
  6. Slice against the grain and spoon chimichurri generously over the top before serving.
