We have had filets, pork chops, sausage from Wilders that are amazing. I ordered the Teres Major, which is one of our favorite cuts, and when I opened the package there were 2 pieces which are each 2 1/2 lbs for a total of 5 lbs. I’ve never seen Teres Major that large before. It looks more like a Chuck tender. I sent an email with a picture of the package and was told that’s what it is. Judging by the size it will have to be smoked a lot longer than a Teres Major. I truly believe that it was just mispackaged and will continue to purchase from Wilders as I think American Wagu is better than the A5 Japanese.
