Our 100% Wagyu Tenderloin filet, commonly known as the “filet mignon”, is cut from the tenderloin sub-primal section of the cow. It is renowned for its tenderness and subtle, buttery flavor. This cut is exceptionally lean yet incredibly soft, providing a melt-in-the-mouth experience.

Our Tenderloin Filet comes in 3 size options: 4-7oz (petite), or 7.01-10oz (regular) or 10.01-16oz (cowboy)
