- 2 packs Wilders Wagyu Burger Patties
- Slider buns
- 6 slices cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp sriracha sauce
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- Lettuce, pickles, and any other desired toppings
Instructions:
- Preheat your smoker to 225°F.
- Shape the ground beef into small patties and season with salt and pepper.
- Smoke the patties for about 1.5 hours or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F.
- While the patties cook, mix mayonnaise, sriracha, and garlic powder to create the spicy aioli.
- Toast the buns and assemble the sliders with cheese, aioli, lettuce, pickles, and any other wanted toppings.

Pulled Pork BBQ Nachos
Ingredients:
- 1 Wilders Berkshire Boston Butt
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp paprika
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp cumin
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 cup BBQ sauce
- Tortilla chips
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup BBQ sauce
- 1/4 cup pickled jalapeños
- 1/4 cup chopped red onion
- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro
Instructions:
- Rub the Boston Butt with olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, cumin, salt, and pepper. Place in a slow cooker, add 1/2 cup of water or broth, cover, and cook on low for 8-10 hours or on high for 4-5 hours, until the pork is tender and easily shredded with a fork.
- Once cooked, remove the pork from the slow cooker and shred it using two forks. Mix in 1/2 cup of BBQ sauce.
- Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- Spread tortilla chips on a baking sheet and layer the pulled pork evenly over the top.
- Sprinkle with shredded cheddar and bake for 10 minutes, or until cheese is melted.
- Drizzle with BBQ sauce and dollop sour cream across the nachos.
- Add jalapeños, red onions, and cilantro for a fresh kick.
- Serve immediately and enjoy during the game!
Crockpot Wagyu Beef Meatballs
Ingredients:
- 1lb Wilders Wagyu ground beef
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 egg
- 1 small onion, finely diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 can (15 oz) crushed tomatoes
- 1/2 cup marinara sauce (optional for extra richness)
Instructions:
- In a large bowl, combine the ground Wagyu beef, breadcrumbs, egg, onion, garlic, parsley, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix until all ingredients are evenly incorporated.
- Roll the mixture into 1-inch meatballs and place them in the bottom of your crockpot.
- In a separate bowl, mix the crushed tomatoes and marinara sauce (if using), then pour over the meatballs.
- Set the crockpot on low and cook for 4-6 hours, or until the meatballs are cooked through and tender.
