Smoked Beef Sliders with Spicy Aioli

Ingredients:

  • 2 packs Wilders Wagyu Burger Patties
  • Slider buns
  • 6 slices cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp sriracha sauce
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • Lettuce, pickles, and any other desired toppings

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your smoker to 225°F.
  2. Shape the ground beef into small patties and season with salt and pepper.
  3. Smoke the patties for about 1.5 hours or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F.
  4. While the patties cook, mix mayonnaise, sriracha, and garlic powder to create the spicy aioli.
  5. Toast the buns and assemble the sliders with cheese, aioli, lettuce, pickles, and any other wanted toppings.
  6. Serve warm and enjoy during the game!

Pulled Pork BBQ Nachos

Ingredients:

  • 1 Wilders Berkshire Boston Butt
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp paprika
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 cup BBQ sauce
  • Tortilla chips
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup BBQ sauce
  • 1/4 cup pickled jalapeños
  • 1/4 cup chopped red onion
  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro

Instructions:

  1. Rub the Boston Butt with olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, cumin, salt, and pepper. Place in a slow cooker, add 1/2 cup of water or broth, cover, and cook on low for 8-10 hours or on high for 4-5 hours, until the pork is tender and easily shredded with a fork.
  2. Once cooked, remove the pork from the slow cooker and shred it using two forks. Mix in 1/2 cup of BBQ sauce.
  3. Preheat the oven to 350°F.
  4. Spread tortilla chips on a baking sheet and layer the pulled pork evenly over the top.
  5. Sprinkle with shredded cheddar and bake for 10 minutes, or until cheese is melted.
  6. Drizzle with BBQ sauce and dollop sour cream across the nachos.
  7. Add jalapeños, red onions, and cilantro for a fresh kick.
  8. Serve immediately and enjoy during the game!

    Crockpot Wagyu Beef Meatballs

    Ingredients:

    • 1lb Wilders Wagyu ground beef
    • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
    • 1 egg
    • 1 small onion, finely diced
    • 2 cloves garlic, minced
    • 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
    • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
    • Salt and pepper to taste
    • 1 can (15 oz) crushed tomatoes
    • 1/2 cup marinara sauce (optional for extra richness)

    Instructions:

    1. In a large bowl, combine the ground Wagyu beef, breadcrumbs, egg, onion, garlic, parsley, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix until all ingredients are evenly incorporated.
    2. Roll the mixture into 1-inch meatballs and place them in the bottom of your crockpot.
    3. In a separate bowl, mix the crushed tomatoes and marinara sauce (if using), then pour over the meatballs.
    4. Set the crockpot on low and cook for 4-6 hours, or until the meatballs are cooked through and tender.
    5. Serve warm with toothpicks for an easy, flavorful game day snack.
