Three 4th of July Recipes That Will Make Your Holiday WILD

  • 1- Wilders Wagyu Skirt Steak
  • Juice of 2 oranges
  • Juice of 2 limes
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 jalapeño, minced (remove seeds for less heat)
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Corn tortillas, for serving
  • Fresh cilantro, diced onions, and avocado for garnish
  1. In a bowl, combine orange juice, lime juice, garlic, jalapeño, olive oil, cumin, salt, and pepper.
  2. Place the skirt steak in a resealable bag and pour the marinade over it. Marinate in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours or overnight.
  3. Preheat the grill to high heat. Remove the steak from the marinade and grill for approximately 3 minutes per side or until desired doneness.
  4. Let the steak rest for 5 minutes, then slice thinly against the grain.
  5. Serve in warm corn tortillas, topped with cilantro, onions, avocado, and any other desired toppings. Enjoy!





  1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Season the pork chops with salt and pepper.
  3. In a small bowl, whisk together honey, mustard, vinegar, paprika, and olive oil.
  4. Grill the pork chops for about 5-7 minutes on each side, basting frequently with the honey-mustard glaze, until the internal temperature reaches 145°F.
  5. Let the chops rest for 3 minutes.
  6. Serve and enjoy! Goes great with a summer salad, macaroni and cheese, cole slaw, or your favorite side dish!




For the Chimichurri Sauce:

  • 1 cup fresh parsley, finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup fresh oregano leaves, finely chopped
  • 3-4 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • Salt and pepper to taste


  1. Preheat your grill to high heat.
  2. Generously season the tomahawk steak with salt and pepper, and drizzle with olive oil.
  3. Grill the steak for about 5-6 minutes per side for medium-rare, or until desired doneness.
  4. Let the steak rest for at least 10 minutes.
  5. Meanwhile, combine all the ingredients for the chimichurri in a bowl and mix well.
  6. Slice the steak off the bone and serve with the chimichurri sauce drizzled over the top or on the side. Enjoy!
