1. CITRUS-MARINATED SKIRT STEAK TACOS
Ingredients
- 1- Wilders Wagyu Skirt Steak
- Juice of 2 oranges
- Juice of 2 limes
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 jalapeño, minced (remove seeds for less heat)
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Corn tortillas, for serving
- Fresh cilantro, diced onions, and avocado for garnish
Instructions:
- In a bowl, combine orange juice, lime juice, garlic, jalapeño, olive oil, cumin, salt, and pepper.
- Place the skirt steak in a resealable bag and pour the marinade over it. Marinate in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours or overnight.
- Preheat the grill to high heat. Remove the steak from the marinade and grill for approximately 3 minutes per side or until desired doneness.
- Let the steak rest for 5 minutes, then slice thinly against the grain.
- Serve in warm corn tortillas, topped with cilantro, onions, avocado, and any other desired toppings. Enjoy!
2. HONEY MUSTARD GRILLED PORK CHOPS
Ingredients:
- 2- two pack Wilders Berkshire pork chops
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
- 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions:
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
- Season the pork chops with salt and pepper.
- In a small bowl, whisk together honey, mustard, vinegar, paprika, and olive oil.
- Grill the pork chops for about 5-7 minutes on each side, basting frequently with the honey-mustard glaze, until the internal temperature reaches 145°F.
- Let the chops rest for 3 minutes.

3. GRILLED WAGYU TOMAHAWK WITH CHIMICHURRI SAUCE
Ingredients:
- 1 Regular Wilders Wagyu tomahawk steak
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper
- Olive oil
For the Chimichurri Sauce:
- 1 cup fresh parsley, finely chopped
- 1/4 cup fresh oregano leaves, finely chopped
- 3-4 garlic cloves, minced
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
- 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
- Preheat your grill to high heat.
- Generously season the tomahawk steak with salt and pepper, and drizzle with olive oil.
- Grill the steak for about 5-6 minutes per side for medium-rare, or until desired doneness.
- Let the steak rest for at least 10 minutes.
- Meanwhile, combine all the ingredients for the chimichurri in a bowl and mix well.
- Slice the steak off the bone and serve with the chimichurri sauce drizzled over the top or on the side. Enjoy!
